This season at Bayside, we will work diligently to uphold the tradition
of serving the highest quality cuisine using only the freshest ingredients.
This means using local whitefish and lake trout, procuring seafood
from the most reliable sources (flown in fresh just hours from the
time it was caught). You'll find aged beef, spring lamb, and
- of course, homemade pastas. Our goal at Bayside is
simple - provide our honored guests with elegant, rustic fare of
the finest quality in one of the most unique and beautiful settings
in the Midwest.
Bayside also features an extensive wine list and full
bar. Bayside Lounge features drink specials and happy hour
to help you unwind from a day of activities. Groups are welcome
for any occasion.

MEET CHEF MIKE!
Drummond Island Resort & Conference Center is
proud to welcome the talented Chef Mike Lutz. Chef Mike is the new
Executive Chef at Bayside Dining, the resort's award winning fine
dining restaurant. Chef Mike comes to Bayside from The Inn at Bay
Harbor and Bay Harbor Golf Club. He has worked at Lattitude, Soaring
Eagles Resort and Tapawingo. Chef Mike is a graduate of the New
England Culinary Institute. His style is contemporary gourmet using
local ingredients. The resort owners and managers are excited with
securing a culinary professional with Chef Mike's skills and experience
who can build on the regional and national reputation crafted by
Chef Nathan, as well as having the potential to take Bayside to
